Qojqva will be a great addition to our team! If you watched any Mouseports games, you noticed that he was a huge factor in their wins. His dedication to get better is unstoppable. Qojqva was probably the most improved player in competitive play in the West of this past year. Going into Mouseports at only 17 years old, he transferred into the offlane role insanely fast after previously playing as a carry.
After trying out some scrims with Team Liquid, Qojqva has decided that the american team is better suited for his playing style in comparison to other teams who may have been trying to scout him.
Team Liquid's Bulba had this to say about the addition of Waytosexy to their new lineup.
Above all else in dota, I value dedication the highest. To get to the top and stay there requires a team willing to try their hardest to win and get better. This is one of the main issues that I feel plague Dota teams and cause stagnation. It's insanely hard to find 5 people who are at the same level of motivation and dedication along with the individual skill to be on a top. Watching replays daily and trying to get better by practicing laning and thinking of new strategies should be a duty done by all members of a team if they truly want to be the best. That's why in the upcoming year, I want to play with a player who is willing to try their hardest and give it their all. Wayto aka Peter was definitely a top candidate for this spot. He is one of the smartest people I've played with and I know that he will do everything it takes to win. He is a good friend of all of us and he has the knowledge to help us become better in all areas as a Dota team.
It will be interesting to see how the new Team Liquid fares against the best Dota teams around the world. For more news, check out DotaCinema.
